The aim of this article is to highlight the importance of maintaining anterior composite restorations and to outline a predictable protocol, including Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT), that supports long-term success through preventive care.

- Identify common challenges faced by clinicians, hygienists and therapists in maintaining composite bonding
